Join us to celebrate Devin Wildes and his recent series of work "Art in the Sand". Inspired by his friendship with Rob Irizarry, who began sending Devin photos last fall of the art he saw at Burning Man.

Soon after Rob started sending photos he began to receive photos back and in Rob's words... "What followed was one of the most awe-inspiring, heart exploding, creative gifts I have ever received. For a few days, nothing happened, then came the flood… One, sometimes two times a day I would get texts of incredible images, paintings that captured the essence of the art but added a dimension that took them to a completely different level.

Sixty paintings later I am in awe and incredibly grateful for this beautiful partnership that has carried me through a very difficult period of my life. Thanks, Devin, for being you, leaning in, and bringing these incredibly beautiful gifts to me, and to the world!"

About the Artist:
Devin Wildes found his voice through art - quite literally. As a young autistic artist, this is his story of triumph. Through the power of art and family, Devin surpassed all expectations to not only speak; but move the world around him through his art.

Proceeds from all artwork purchased will go to the Interact Center. https://interactcenter.org/
Since 1996, Interact’s mission to create art that challenges perceptions of disability has opened doors for artists with disabilities and audiences eager to experience their work. Artists might never have seen the arts as a life choice, but now see the arts as essential to their humanity. With over 100 artists working in theater and studio arts, Interact is multi-cultural, intergenerational, and embraces the entire spectrum of disability labels.
